Woodstock, GA – Injuries in Multi-Vehicle Collision in NB Lanes of I-75

Woodstock, GA (February 17, 2023) – Injuries stemmed from a serious multi-vehicle collision that happened on a highway in Woodstock on Friday afternoon, February 17.

According to Cherokee County officials, the accident happened around 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Woodstock Road. Police confirmed that several vehicles collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. One of the vehicles, identified as a blue pickup truck, went over the guardrail and was photographed upside-down. A white sedan was seen with rear-end damages. Multiple vehicles had to be towed away from the scene.

Multiple emergency responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. It was reported that several parties sustained injuries and were rushed to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are not entirely known.
