Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads in Georgia. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in the event of an accident involving large vehicles. In 2019, it was reported that approximately 239 pedestrians were killed in fatal pedestrian accidents in Georgia, and many others were seriously injured. By 2021, an astounding 348 pedestrians were killed in Georgia accidents. If you have lost somebody you love in a fatal pedestrian accident, you should be prepared to speak with an attorney who has handled these types of claims in the past.
