Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Pedestrians are, hands down, the most vulnerable parties on our roads in the state of Georgia. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm when involved in a collision with a large motor vehicle. In 2021, it was reported that 348 pedestrians were struck and killed in fatal accidents. Especially when these accidents involve hit-and-run drivers, they are likely to lead to extensive harm as a pedestrian faces serious injuries on their own. If you have lost a loved one in a fatal pedestrian accident, speaking with an attorney is in your best interests.
