Gainesville, GA – Five-Vehicle Collision on GA-365 Injures Several
Gainesville, GA (October 1, 2021) – At 4 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, October 1, a five-vehicle collision occurred on a highway in Gainesville.
According to Georgia State Patrol officials, the accident happened on GA-365 around the area of Ramsey Road. Five vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided in a chain-reaction collision. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several victims were injured as a result of the crash. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The northbound lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police urged those in the area to take alternate routes for some time.
