Dalton, GA – Car Accident with Injuries at Cleveland Hwy & Maple Grove Rd
Dalton, GA (April 2, 2023) – Injuries stemmed from a serious car accident that took place at an intersection in Dalton on the morning of Saturday, April 1.
According to Whitfield County officials, the accident happened around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Cleveland Highway and Maple Grove Road. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection simultaneously, causing them to collide with each other. The involved vehicles were extensively damaged in the accident.
Several local responders, including Dalton fire crews and paramedics, were immediately dispatched to the scene. EMS crews were present at the scene, and injured parties were treated. They were then rushed to local hospitals for further treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
