Atlanta, GA – Five-Vehicle Collision Leads to Injuries on I-75
Atlanta, GA (November 26, 2021) – At 11:29 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, November 25, a five-vehicle collision occurred on a highway in Atlanta.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of University Avenue. Five vehicles allegedly collided in the area as they were traveling in the northbound lanes due to unknown reasons. All of the vehicles sustained heavy damages due to the force of the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the crash, a large portion of the roadway was blocked in the area. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
