Atlanta, GA – Car Accident at Northside Dr & Marietta St Leads to Injuries

Atlanta, GA (September 27, 2021) – At 6 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, September 26, a car accident with injuries took place at an Atlanta intersection.

According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Northside Drive and Marietta Street. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection, causing them to collide with each other. A white sedan was left with extensive front-end damage and a black SUV had rear-end damage. The vehicles had to be towed from the scene as a result of their damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the crash. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.

Traffic was delayed in the area until police were able to fully clear the scene.
